The first step to any design is to apply our vision to paper. This is a complete Design Presentation at a cost of R7000.
As soon as you’ve paid the Design Presentation fee, we start by measuring your home, taking photos of elements in your brief and drawing up the floor plans. We then brainstorm the creative concept and source items to create sample boards. After two weeks you will be presented with a full Design Presentation containing a Space Plan, Concept Boards, Sample Boards and a Project Budget.
We then revert, make changes and acquire final contractor and supplier quotes until you are happy with all four elements of the Design Presentation. We can alternatively break the project into phases depending on budget due to the fact that each element is strategically considered and works as a whole regardless of timing.
As soon as we start Implementation, you are credited the R7000 and we charge 10% of your total budget on the project.
As part of the Implementation, our Project Manager will manage Contractors, Suppliers, Delivery Schedules, the Project Budget as well as the Installation. This process takes up to two months minimum depending on the project.
The end of the project will consist of styling smalls and accessories till you have a complete magazine worthy space.
