Interior Décor Design includes the DESIGN & MANAGEMENT of the following:

The first step to any design is to apply our vision to paper. This is a complete DESIGN PRESENTATION at a cost of R15 000 ex vat.

As soon as you’ve paid the Design Presentation fee, you will be presented with a full DESIGN PRESENTATION three weeks later containing SPACE PLANS, CONCEPTBOARDS, SAMPLEBOARDS and a PROJECT BUDGET.

After the first presentation, Erica makes changes and acquires final contractor and supplier quotes until you are happy with all four elements of the DESIGN PRESENTATION.

As soon as we start IMPLEMENTATION, you are credited the R15 000 and we charge 10% for projects over R500 000 and 15% for projects smaller.

As part of the IMPLEMENTATION, Erica will manage CONTRACTORS, SUPPLIERS, DELIVERY SCHEDULES, PROJECT BUDGET and the full INSTALLATION. This process takes up to three months minimum depending on the project.

The end of the project will consist of STYLING smalls and accessories till you have a complete magazine worthy space that pays tribute to you.
